RETURN POLICY
Requests for returns of merchandise must be made within 30 days from invoice date.
Requests for returns relating to shipping errors must be made no later than 48 hours from receipt.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. You must email sales@pcables.com to obtain authorization. Authorization is valid for 20 days from issue date.
A 20% restocking charge will apply for all non-defective product returns. Customer is responsible for return freight. Customer does not receive credit for original shipping and handling charges. Returns must include original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
